Most International orders are received within 7-21 business days, depending on your country’s location and customs process.

Either way, you will always be able to track your band from our facility to you so you always know where it is at every step along the way.

Installing your new Crown Chrono Band can easily be done by yourself with the help of The Crown Chrono Tool Kit, but we always recommend going to a professional jeweler to avoid any damage to yourself or your watch. We know as soon as you get your Crown Chrono Band, you will want to customize your watch right away, but you should watch The Crown Chrono Band Installation Video first to determine if you feel comfortable doing it yourself or if you should have a trained professional install it for you.

It should take a professional less than 5 minutes to install a Crown Chrono Band for you. The band should always be installed from the rear of the watch and never the front.

If you want to receive your Crown Chrono Band even sooner, we also offer USPS Priority Mail Service which arrives in 1-3 business days for $10 Flat anywhere in the United States.

This makes a lot of sense to us since so much time, research, and money went into the purchase that it deserves to be worn every single day. As such, Crown Chrono Bands are meant to complement your every-day use so they are fairly low-maintenance and easy to clean. We recommend using warm water, a mild soap with no strong chemicals that could damage your watch and band, and a soft-bristled toothbrush to gently remove any dirt and grime that has built up. After you rinse with warm water, slowly pat dry your watch and band with a clean microfiber cloth without scratching the watch.

You may return your Crown Chrono Band for any reason as long as your band is NOT USED, NOT DAMAGED and you follow the process listed in our Return Policy.

If you don’t see your specific model listed, we might not have a fully customized band made for it yet. The best way to ensure our band will fit your watch is to shop by your specific watch brand and model to ensure you are choosing from the correct Crown Chrono Collection.

We do offer a Universal Watch Band, but this will NOT work with an original deployment clasp and is meant for non-Rolex and AP models. These bands will NOT fit flush against the bezel of your watch and only take into account the lug width of your watch.
